Jeremy London will be charged with domestic violence   a month after the actor allegedly beat up his baby mama in Palm Springs   this according to the Riverside County D.A.'s office

As we previously reported   cops were on the lookout for London to question him about the fight   during which he allegedly injured his estranged wife Melissa Cunningham

According to police, the ex-couple was fighting over custody of their son   and London flew off the handle   then beat a hasty retreat. London's lawyers have since been in communication with cops

Now  a rep for the D.A. tells TMZ, the office has made a decision to charge London with one count of misdemeanor domestic violence. If convicted, London faces a year in jai

 Bone Thugs-n-Harmony  rapper Flesh-n-Bone won't face any additional jail time after allegedly beating his wife   because TMZ has learned  he struck a sweet deal with prosecutors to secure his freedom

Flesh   real name Stanley Howse   was arrested back in January on suspicion of domestic violence after a fight with his wife allegedly turned violent. He was later charged with inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, threatening her  and false imprisonment

But Howse and his attorney Shepard Kopp struck a deal with prosecutors   in which Howse agreed to plead guilty to false imprisonment in exchange for dropping the first two charges

Howse was sentenced to 3 years probation and time served in jail   in addition to 100 hours of community service. He must also participate in a domestic violence program and donate $400 to a battered women's shelter

Kopp tells TMZ   Flesh has always maintained his innocence of these charges  but it was best for his family and Bone Thugs to put this case behind him

According to the docs  Gucci makes $24,908 a month.

It was pretty amicable all around   both sides also agreed to let Sheena take primary physical custody   giving Gucci visitation as his schedule permits.

Former  Smallville  actor Sam Jones just moved into his new home for the next year   federal prison.

Jones checked in to the low-security correctional facility in Lompoc  California some time this week   beginning his 366-day sentence for the role he played in a massive drug ring

As we previously reported  Jones pled  guilty  to conspiracy to sell more than 10,000 Oxycodone pills   and was sentenced in June.

Not bad   considering the feds wanted him to serve 5 years

Kirsten Dunst got a protection order today against a 51-year-old French man she claims has flown to the U.S more than 5 times to see her  and even confronted Kirsten's mother on her doorstep

An L.A County Superior Court Judge granted Kirsten a temporary restraining order against Jean Christophe Prudhon  who according to the docs sent dozens of letters to Kirsten, and tried to call Kirsten directly hundreds of times.

According to Kirsten's mom  one of Prudhon's letters said he  came across the oceans 5 times to try and meet you always frustrated by fate who took you away each time

In the docs, Kirsten accuses Prudhon of flat out haunting her  saying he's admitted sitting in his car outside her home 10 times, and on one occasion walked up to her doorstep and confronted her mother

The order forces Prudhon to stay at least 100 yards away from Kirsten and her mother A hearing is scheduled for December 21 to determine if the order should be extended

According to Tawanna -- who says she gave up her career to be a stay-at-home mom   Allen is worth over $20 million   and refuses to help her out simply out of spite

Allen denies Tawanna's allegations in the docs   and since they're at a stalemate   the judge will have to play peacemaker   So far  no hearing date has been set.

A Jagged Edge fan claims his favorite band stood him up at the altar last month  when they failed to perform at his wedding but the group says he's simply pointing the finger at the wrong guys.

The groom at the center of the controversy is Victor Diaz who claims he wanted to surprise his fiancee by getting JE to perform their famous Let's Get Marriedsong at their wedding on November 19 Diaz claims he reached an agreement with the band's reps and shelled out $10k for the deposit and other costs but the band never showed up.

But the band says they were never aware of the gig telling TMZ Diaz must have been dealing with someone who falsely posed as a representative of the band.

Diaz isn't buyin' it and believes the band decided to flake on the wedding when they got an offer for a higher paying gig on the same weekend.

Diaz says he's preparing to sue Jagged Edge, the record label and JE's management company -- telling TMZThey humiliated me and cost my wife her dream

A rep for Jagged Edge tells usThey are very heartbroken and sad that [Victor's] wedding got destroyed due someone using our name without permission

The rep adds As far as court goes if the guy does decide to sue good luckbecause we didn’t agree to anything and he will see he had a forgery contract

Kris Humphries helped federal prosecutors get a grand jury indictment against a wedding guest who ripped him off to the tune of $617,000.

Andrey C  Hicks allegedly bilked more than $2.5 million from a total of 10 investors by telling them he was pumping their cash into a billion dollar hedge fund   that didn't exist.

According to the indictment, Hicks instead blew wads of cash on a 2011 black Range Rover  12 luxury watches, one diamond engagement ring, two pairs of earrings, another gold ring with diamonds  one pair of silver cuff links   and one silver men's ring.

The docs show Humphries anted up his $617 grand to the alleged scammer on April 5  Four months later Hicks was sitting right behind Kris and Kim Kardashian at the rehearsal dinner for their massive wedding 

 A rep tells TMZ Kris  has been working with law enforcement authorities and doesn't want to comment further until the case is resolved.

James Cameron is an idea stealing thief  who ripped the story for  Avatar from a science fiction nerd who once worked with Cameron's production company ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Cameron is being sued by a guy named Eric Ryder  who claims back in 1997 he came up with a movie called  KRZ 2068 an  environmentally themed 3-D epic about a corporation's colonization and plundering of a distant moon's lush and wondrous natural setting

Ryder claims the movie also involved  self-contained robotic exterior suits which house a single human operator    just like in  Avatar."

According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court  Ryder claims his reps pitched the movie idea to Cameron's production company back in 1999   and it was so well received  they had multiple serious meetings with high ranking execs about the development of the project

But Ryder claims in 2002  the company officially shut down the project   telling him   No one would go see an environmentally themed feature length science fiction movie."

So when  Avatar  hit theaters in 2009   and made bazillions   Ryder was furious.

In his suit, Ryder alleges he complained to Cameron's people in 2009   but when they finally got back to him earlier this year  they told him to kick rocks, claiming J.C  had written the story before 1999.

Ryder says Cameron's people are lying   claiming there are way too many similarities between the two projects   including Ryder's idea for one of the characters to be played by Sigourney Weaver.

Ryder is suing for unspecified damages   probably a bloody fortune.

Attempts to reach Cameron's people were unsuccessful

There's more than a good chance Brooke Mueller will not see another day in the pokey for her felony drug bust in Aspen   according to law enforcement sources

We're told that although Brooke allegedly had four grams of cocaine on her   nothing to sneeze at, for sure   it's still the lowest class of felony arrest. Also weighing in her favor is the fact she's a first time drug offender ... in the eyes of the law, anyway  Brooke had a 2001 coke arrest in Florida, but it was dropped

It all adds up to the very real possibility of Brooke getting nothing more than probation -- instead of the max six years behind bars -- and, in fact, our sources say the Pitkin County DA would be willing to put that option "on the table."

Also possible -- and even better for Brooke -- is a deferral, which means if she's a good girl for an agreed upon probationary period... the charge will be dismissed as if it never happened

Brooke's attorney Yale Galanter tells TMZ he's already pushing for the best possible outcome   something he's familiar with in Aspen. Galanter famously pulled Charlie Sheen's bacon from the fire after his arrest there.

They said it wouldn't last ... and they were right -- because Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson are officially divorced ... after a judge signed off on the split.

According to court docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ ... the marriage was formally terminated on November 22 ... after a 3-and-a-half year run.

As for the couple's kid -- Bronx Mowgli -- it's unclear how the couple settled their custody disagreement ... because the details of the divorce settlement are being kept under wraps.  TMZ previously reported, Pete wanted joint custody of their son ... but Ashlee had checked the box to get primary physical custody.

The former couple also worked out a secret deal regarding the division of their multi-million dollar empire.
